Under the Williams Bros banner the company now has permanent listings for several of its non-historic ales as ‘house beers’ in national retail outlets including Oddbins, Sainsburys and Tesco and has won awards both home and abroad.

The design strategy has been to play up the flavour of each beer, and steer away from the overtly Scottish theme which is predominant in this market amongst their competitors. An ongoing relationship allows the branding to be reassessed constantly, and the evolution of the new identity is now being applied to the web-site, which will position the Williams Bros Ales and Historic Ales side by side for the first time.
